Weather clock enable location

My Sense weather clock says enable location. I have read every post that relates to this subject. One said go to exercise tile, stop watch in upper right, enable location. Well, I don’t get the option to enable location. 
I have read everything on google and checked and rechecked all my location settings on my Fitbit and my iPhone 

please HELP

Hi @AuPeep  - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, Gallery tile

Scroll to weather app and click on it, then permissions, you can enable it there.

After, restart both watch and phone to ensure they are syncing properly..

I wish it was that easy.  I've done that, step by step, but I repeated the process, just in case.  my clock still says Enable Location
