I recently had an incident where a third party charger shorted out and scorched the back of my watch. I'm trying to determine if the watch was damaged in any way. i only see 2 green led's flashing. I thought that there were red one's as well, but I don't see any flashing any more. Not sure if I remember incorrectly or if the watch is now damaged. I'm getting HR and sleep stats, so I'm not sure if anything is really wrong or not.

It's probably fine.
If you get SpO2 as well as heart rate there shouldn't be a problem.
Green measures heart rate and red and infrared measures Oxygen.
