Hello, is anyone able to help me understand what “good” means for a cardio rating? I see that there is a bracket for “average” - what does this mean? Is “average” the 50th percentile for the entire population in the gender / age range or is it the 50th percentile for people who use Fitbit? Or something else.

Hello @peter840 and welcome to the Help forums. When you tap to expand the cardio fitness score (the arrows for an iPhone and the box on an Android), you will see that your score is compared to people of the same sex and in your 10 year age range. These are known, reference values for all people, not just Fitbit users. There are four pages in that expanded view with much more information.
