What does the lock HR icon means?

Can someone tell me why my Sense has a lock icon next to it? Will it not record data with the icon there?

@Shanionie, that lock symbol does not indicate your Sense is locked, but that the High/Low Heart Rate app is locked and cannot be removed. You need not do anything with that app. If you wish to customize your High/Low settings for HR alerts, use the app Profile->Sense->High & Low Heart Rate->Custom
