What exercise shortcut should I use on Sense?

Hey guys, Hope everyone is having a great morning! I have a question about workout mode. I know what walking and cycling and swimming tracks but what can workout track?

I use a ringfit adventure to keep me interested in exercise, can workout or some other mode help track the ringfit adventure workouts?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forum.  The Workout exercise shortcut is the perfect choice when you exercise with Ring Fit Adventure.  Workout is the best choice for many activities that don't have their own shortcut.  You can use it for different kinds of gym workouts that don't have their own shortcut, especially cardio workouts.  I even use it for things like heavy yard work, raking leaves, shoveling snow.

Thank you for replying, I wanted to track my exercise but just wasn't sure what to use and I definitely will start using workout mode when I'm doing the heavy duty outdoor work. Have a wonderful night
