Best Answer@Semaher60 any distance credit you get is from the number of steps it registers due to your wrist movements. It will be always quite random and with no real relation to your effort. If you want track real distance, speed and cadence you need more advanced sports watch (and indoor bike with built-in or external sensors for speed and cadence). Fitbit provides only very simple tracking as it is unable to obtain other data. You will always get some steps which will add distance but this depends on how much you move your wrist/watch.
