When Fitbit syncs data exactly

Hi

I'm using Fitbit Sense to measure physiological data. I would like to know when Fitbit syncs data exactly. I've read that data syncs throughout the day, each time user open the Fitbit app and when user tap con Sync Now button from the Fitbit app. ¿What means "throughout the day"? It is every hour, every 12h, 24h...? And... Is there any way to force data sync without opening Fitbit app?

You're right, data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app and it is at this moment you can see the time of the last synchronization, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time.
