When do you "end" your workout?

Hi All,

Was just curious to find out when you officially "end" your workout on the Fitbit Sense. For example, if I did a set of jumping jacks, would you hit the "end" button right after completing the last one, or would you wait until cooled down / your heartrate stabilized?

Regardless of the tracker, I wait an additional 1-2min until my HR drops down. If a tracker supports manual laps, I hit a lap to mark the end of a real workout. If a tracker supports measuring recovery HR I use that as a cooldown. Any active cooldown (stretches etc.) are always part of the regular workout and they are being tracked as one.
