When will Google assistant be available in Norway?

In the available countries list many European countries are listed with "Early 2021". Norway, and as I can see neither is Denmark. Why is that?

As your fellow Fitbit user, we really do not know why or if there is any legal reason for not having Google in all countries. 

I'm also not sure what the exact definition of "Early 2021" is.

I managed to work around it. US English as 1. language, and Norwegian as 2.nd in Google Assistant. United States as location in the Fitbit app. I can use in both Rnglish and Norwegian. In my world it means Norwegian is implemented and good to hy it's not on the release schedule is a very strange.

I tried the workaround, the region change adds the "Voice Assistant" icon in the Sense setup page, when I click it, I'm given a option to "Reactivate google assistant", it says "connecting", then connected for a short split second, and then complains that "Your region's language is not yet supported on Sense"

I have tried to set only English(US) both in the phone regional language, input settings, Google Assistant settings, and rebooted, but somehow, the Fitbit app detects that I'm still in Norway and refuses to enable google assistant. Seems that we Norwegians is not worthy this feature.

Does it still work for you, LokeAa?

Funny thing; I was able to connect and setup Amazon Alexa as an Voice Assistant with the above settings, but not Google Assistant.
Norway is not listed as a supported country for Alexa either.

Hi @hakoni , it worked until we got the ECG function. Then I had to choose between ECG or Assistant because ECG is forced to use Norway as location.
