When will fitbit fix the bugs

This OS is very buggy.  I can’t get a decent continuous read to validate any of the data. My old blaze is a lot more accurate.  When do they plan a new release?  Should I hold off until after the bugs are resolved? Steps, floors, and the rest are not accurate.  As a loyal customer of fitbit, I thought it was time to pull the trigger and upgrade. Now I am having second thoughts.

We know that with the last firmware the floor count has been ridiculous, however the floor count is only displayed for the user and not used in any other calculations.

You say that steps are not accurate, have you done a step count test while on a walk?

As for the date of the next release? I would hope it is after things have been fixed and thoroughly tested. Sorry but the typical Fitbit user and moderator really have no idea on when the dev team will release.

@Downisup I understand your frustration as I had no problems until I got the sense and  as soon as I added it to fitbit I can no longer use my iPad for settings on the watch but can on the fitbit scale. The bugs seems to effect everyone a bit different on my sense stairs / everything seem a bit buggy and this will pass and they will get it all fixed. As @Rich_Laue stated no one has a way to know how long until its fixed and fair enough best fixed then a rushed update. With the last update it had no effect on my old fitbit tracker scale or iPad and this is my first experience with a issue and it had to be as soon as I bought the newest most expensive  fitbit for exercise. 😂

Appreciate the info.  I think some of it has to do with the face you select.  Some faces are more accurate than others.  But I am no tech so that is just a guess.  Think I am going to return it until they get some of these items resolved.

Same here.  Even though it has less features, I like my blaze and may return the sense until Fitbit announces these issues are resolved.  I purchased it for health issues and floors are very important to me 😁.  Keep me informed if things improve.

Most of the faces are not made by Fitbit, but made by fitbit users.
