Can somebody give me some information on when the ecg feature will be brought to my sense smartwatch? I got the thing back when it came out specifically for this feature and I feel loved to and abandoned at this point... why is it that Apple watch is able to approve this feature and fitbit is also approving in other countries. Really makes no "SENSE"

@SoSpaztik - It’s all up to how quickly the government in a particular country works. Fitbit cannot roll out the ECG until the govt approves it. It’s NOT false advertising. In the Fitbit store, if you look at the features of the Sense, it clearly lists where the ECG is available. On a happier note, this page says the feature is “coming soon” to Canada. It does not provide a date.

Hello @SoSpaztik Welcome to the Community Forums! @SunsetRunner It's great to see you around and thanks for the great input!
Please let me explain that we currently don't have a time frame when the ECG App will be available in Canada. I understand how much you'd like to use this feature and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. My best recommendation is to keep an eye to the Help Forums or the Press Release for future updates about this or any other feature availability. Please know that our team is always working to enhance your experience with the Sense and your feedback is a big part of that process.
See you around.

It took 6 months after Canada approved the ECG for Apple to enable.
However the government has to approve each company individually.
Last December, Canada approved the SpO2 for Fitbit.
Hopefully they will approve the ECG soon.
