I have had to reboot my sense to factory settings. I cannot get a four digit code to pair to my phone. How do I get my sense to resync?

Why did you have to factory reset your Sense? This is should be the last resort, not the first option. You will have to use the phone's settings to remove the Sense from the Bluetooth, and you will want to use the phone's Settings->Apps->Fitbit to Force Stop the app, then clear cache & data before restarting the phone and attempting to add the Sense to the app again.

Because the Sense was already removed from the Bluetooth and it still would not recognize the phone. Multiple restarts on the phone the tracker and the app.

Removing the sense from Bluetooth is not a problem.
Open the Fitbit app and the Fitbit app will so permission to pair the tracker.
I'm not sure what is meant by the sense won't recognize the phone, there is no procedure a user can do to do this.
