There are a couple very obvious bugs that I'd appreciate being addressed.
1) Even with Night Mode enabled (so enforced Screen Wake set to Manual) the screen comes on all the time by itself.
2) If you enable Always On Display, start a workout, then try and sync with your phone - the fitbit Sense will crash/restart itself.
The latter is easy enough to avoid, but the first one is really annoying and defeats the entire point of Night Mode. When can we expect a fix? Thanks.
Best Answer1) stairs counting inaccuracy (very far from reality)
2) GPS inaccuracy specialy in altitude. Start running at 200m come back to the same point at 130m with a vertical glitch at the end to Come back to 200m
3) heart rate inaccuracy specialy on activities with vertical glitches and catch up... Around 30 bpm
4) Sleep accuracy ... Sometimes missing beginning of night for about 2-3 hours...
5) notification pb mostly on Xiaomi ... Obliged to install re install app every morning and let it open all day
This product is suppose to be state of the art of Fitbit and it leaves it customers with no news no update for about 4 months ... What a shame
@tttim the first I've heard of your number two point.
When will new firmware be released?
Keep an eye on blog.fitbit.com and on the pinned posts above.
Your fellow fitbit users, and maybe the moderators, know as much as you do.
Altitude with GPS requires at least a connection with 4, better to have even more Satellites. Even then pilots are not allowed to use GPS as their primary altitude gauge
Yeah only two firmware updates since launch last fall. They were off to a good start with 2 updates within 2-3 months and that was it. Where is the Google assistant voice? But more importantly are any bugs that need to be addressed. Here it is almost May and not one update in 2021. It may have something to do with the Google acquisition or they think there are no bugs that are a concern. Probably not the latter, one would hope.
Best AnswerIt appeared to update the app. I thought the iOS update was 14.5? My apologies if the info was incorrect.
That would be an update for bug fixes within the app, not the Fitbit Sense.
