Hi, the face on my sense has just came away from my watch, is there a replacement i can purchase

Fitbits don't tend to be easily repairable but if you are still within warranty then you should be eligible for a replacement Sense. I suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com who can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
