Your files are not stored on the phone, but stored in Fitbit's cloud services on the web.
You might look into the data export tool I haven't checked to see if it has been updated for ECG.

If you open the fitbit app and tap on the discover tab - scroll down to (and tap on) "Assessments & reports", you should see the ECG tile here. Tap on it and tap the button that says view results. You should then be able to tap on each individual reading and export to PDA. I think most users find it easier to have this sent via email, as it can sometimes get lost within your phones file system.
Yes, that's what I've done, but it would be much quicker and more efficient to just transfer all files en masse from phone to laptop. The only thing I'm missing is their location on phone.
