Which Sense features aren't available without Fitbit Premium

Hi! I'm considering buying a Sense, but would love to know exactly which features are dependent upon having Fitbit Premium. I can't seem to find an actual list of Premium-dependent features anywhere... can someone direct me to that info? Thanks in advance!
