Hi, first time poster and 1 month user. Getting back in to shape!
I am currently going to a gym with machines not free weights.
Which exercise mode do I pick for this kind of work out ? Is it circuit training?

Thanks for sharing your inquiries with us. Let me tell you that you have to choose the option that best matches your activity (for example, if you attend a spin class, use Spinning). If your exercise isn’t included, I suggest to choose Workout.

@aussieinjapan I always call it Weights, whether I'm doing free weights or machines. It's all resistance work, so it's easier for me to lump them together.
If I'm using a machine for cardio, I use the name of the machine. So, elliptical or treadmill or whatever.
