Why does fitbit require a paid music subscription for any music? My computer, phone and any other device plays all the popular music apps for free! I have the Sense.

Frustratingly, this was possible on some earlier models of Fitbit was the feature was not included in the Sense or Versa 3. See the following help article:

I've not seen anything from Fitbit that explains why this was done.
