Why does the Sense not do anything it says it will do?

Ive had this watch for about 6 months and coming from a apple watch I am completely let down. The Sense absolutely does nothing it advertises. Its basically just digital watch face. I use to hate it when I left the house without my apple watch, I can go days without my Sense and could care less. Now I just recently took it off the charger and its showing 2 hours ahead of time even though in the settings the time zone is correct. Im over it!! I want my money back, I wanna sell this thing but Id honestly fee bad for the person who would buy it knowing what a piece of crap they are buying.

Did you buy it from Fitbit or some other retailer.

See if you can return it. If no co tact Fitbit for a replacement.

@Chad_Skywalker I can't say my Sense does all it is supposed to do, but it is obviously something very wrong with your device. I mean, it can't show time correctly. Get in touch with support
