My network is WPA2, 4G, personal wi fi, my phone is a Samsung A71. When I type in the network password in the fitbit app it connects. I press save but if I try to connect or check again the passwork has disappeared and in it's place is "(unchanged)." I have umplugged the router to no avail. Both my phone's fitbit app and the sense watch will not connect yet my phone does have a connection.and the blue tooth is paired. Any suggestions?

I thinks its a glitch in the new update the developers will have to work out. Im having exact same problem. Annoying. Im willing to bet we arent the only ones experiencing this

Are you trying to connect to the wifi during the setup of the watch and is it failing?
Otherwise the watch does not stay connected to wifi, as it uses too much battery, so will disconnect automatically.

Thanks for your reply. Does the fitbit app on the phone disconnect automatically as well from wi fi? Mine seems to. If I click on "clock face" the message appears "Oops, looks like there is no internet connection". I wanted to add the SpO2 clock face now and in October (when it is supposed to be available in Canada) add the ECG app. Perhaps I am not understanding something.

It seems like the sense app itself is the problem. The part where you choose clock faces and apps is the part where i experience the "no internet connection" although im most definitely connected to the internet. Developers glitch.

@dumbanddumber - what problems are you experiencing?
If it's no internet connection try this no internet connection link.

@Guy_ It is the same as the original poster, i connect to the internet and it immediately dissconnects and the saved password becomes "(unchanged)"

@dumbanddumber - what are trying to connect the watch to internet for? Are you trying to setup the watch?
Be aware you must have a decent charge on the watch and it won't stay connected if not needed, so the behaviour may be normal.

No the charge is pretty good, it's about 75%. I needed to link an app on my phone with one I installed on the fitbit but I couldn't because it wasn't staying connected to wifi.

@dumbanddumber - check if it should be using Bluetooth which is normally what is used, and not WiFi.

did you ever get this to work? I'm trying to get pandora stations on mine and it all starts with the Wi-Fi. I cannot get the app to remember my wi-fi. Plenty of battery (100%). The watch also states Wi-Fi is off. Going to attempt a full factory reset and re-install of fitbit app, but I'm doubtful. Let me know if you got it working and what you had to do....
