Wildly inaccurate BPM during exercise STILL!!

Sense is HUGELY in accurate when working out. Wear my other Fitbit and it gives me BPM at 156+ which I’ve verified against pulse test. Sense rarely gets above 109bpm even when I’m totally goi g for it and definitely no where near resting!!?? So disappointed.

what’s going on Fitbit!????? Apparently this is a known problem yet your still selling it as the best fitness tracker and HR watch on the market!!
