When I go to check the order status for my Sense, the order is still pending. My card hasn't been charged yet. When my card gets charged does that mean the device will be shipped soon?

My card was charged on Monday 21st but it still hasn’t shipped. I called them this morning as they said it would ship tomorrow. As I’m in the UK I therefore have to wait an extra week for delivery when I could just go and buy one in a store tomorrow. This is not what I expected from the preorder 😡

Not in my experience. Fitbit took my money over 3 days ago on preorder 31 Aug 2020 with no sign of any shipping...contacted Fitbit who replied with some vague stuff about my order being "sent over to the warehouse." seems to be a long time at the "warehouse"...so much about Fitbit's payment on shipping and they're running out of time to that statement about the 25 September 2020!

Similar experience (also in the UK)....it would appear given past difficulties with Fitbit sales organisation, best avoid with them and use Amazon or whoever for quicker and easier purchase...
Maybe, Fitbit will improve once they become Google?
