Hi. I have the fitbit Sense

 For some reason it won't swipe left, right, up or down. Have any idea why & how to fix it

Hi @Oct051959  - thus can happen if you have the Always On enabled.

Try double tap the screen till it changes and then swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and remove Always On and enable wrist wake, also check the other icons are correctly set 

If it's not that try a restart by holding the button for 8 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
