Won't track sleep

Okay - it's been four nights now and mg sleep won't automatically track. It won't automatically track my walks either. Which are the two things I got it for. Pls help! If I knew it would be this much trouble I wouldn't have bought it. It's up 2 fingers on my wrist snug but not too tight - and it's been worn four day straight which should be enough for a baseline. Really upset with this.

Hi @Kelsboyes  Yes, that doesn't sound right at all. Try restarting the Sense but if that doesn't help then contact Fitbit Support

Okay I will contact them as I've restarted it and my phone multiple times.
It also stopped sending my texts to it too, but will still send calls. I'll
see what they say
