I have had nothing but trouble and stress trying to use or get this product to work correctly. The band cut my arm in and it doesn’t stay charged for more than one day even with all settings situated to preserve battery life. I am so disappointed. Definitely returning.

I agree it should be returned.  The battery should be lasting more than a day, which suggests that something is wrong with the battery in the one that you got.  Mine can last up to about 4 days, possibly more, and I don't have all the settings enabled.
