I recently upgraded to the Fitbit Sense because the sensors on my Versa 2 stopped working. It wouldn’t accurately track steps, heart rate, etc. I’ve noticed the sensors on the wrist of my Fitbit sense are starting to deteriorate as well.
I’ve done all the recommended stuff to maintain it. I take off my Sense before I take a shower, I wash it in a soap free cleanser, I don’t wear skin products under it. Yet it’s starting to break. It there a way I can get it repaired?

My experience is that the sensors do not gradually deteriorate. I expect it would be more fruitful to look at specifics where you think measurements are off. For instance, what are the circumstances where you think you are getting credited too many or too few steps?
