I bought a Sense in September 2021. I have had a series of problems with it.
My last case number (as per Fitbit’s subject line) was: Re: Sense - Other - iOS - #44923790 [ ref:_00D40N2lj._5005a25L5Py:ref ]
That is when Fitbit decided to replace my Sense.
The new/replacement Sense arrived 5-6 days ago. And three days of wearing it has indicated that it is again a faulty piece.
I have not been well for the past few days, so have been confined to my apartment. The figures in the table below do not suggest a great deal of exercise. In fact, they indicate an almost total lack of exercise. Yet the table suggests that I am averaging over 330 zone minutes every DAY (while your WEEKLY recommended target is 150 zone minutes). Is that even remotely possible - or at all acceptable?

I have already done a re-start. What do I now do?

Zone minutes are connected to heart rate. I can think of two explanations. A) You haven't been feeling well, is your condition elevating your heart rate? B) Within the Fitbit App, your heart rate settings are incorrect.

Your observations are highly appreciated.
You raise two hypotheses:
The first hypothesis is absolutely correct. I was quite unwell for a couple of weeks and my heart rate may have been elevated – but I was not monitoring it. In fact, I rarely monitor it.
Re: the second hypothesis, I did not know that heart rate could be set on the Sense. Any help on this feature would be most welcome.
Thank you.
