hi all,
i bought the sense some days ago mainly for the automation i am making for my house. controling the alarm, heater, etc...
if i turn off the bluetooth of my phone, i can reliate the watch to my automation program with a bluetooth plugin, but if i turn on the bluetooth of my phone, i can not see it on my program, there is something i can do so the watch is reliated to the phone and also to my program by keeping the bluetooth of my phone on? maybe somewhere in the settings? i didnt see any " always can be seen".
if it doesnt exist for the sense, is it possible to add it in a futur soon update?
tks for the reply

Hi @alexS82 are you asking about an app you are designing for the sense.
Or is it an app that looks at fit it's API.
I can move your post to the developers area.

hi Rich_Laue, no i dont want to design for the sense, i just need an option where the sense bluetooth is visible all the time for the cell app and also for the automation program i dont think the post has its place to the developers area ?

Not sure what you mean by the cell app, The Sense has no direction to the crook okay network.
As for the low energy Bluetooth which your Sense is. After the Fitbit App pairs the Sense to the phone, the Sense should show as a trusted device.
I would look into interfacingbwithba Bluetooth LE device. The FindMyFitbit app use to require the user to remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth before the FindMyFitbit would be able to locate the tracker.
I can tell you that your app will not be able to directly communicate with your sense.
I'm not sure how easy it will be for anyone who only knows about how to fix common Fitbit problems to help you.

by cell app i meant the fitbit app.
i just need the bluetooth to be seen all the time by everything so i can put the watch to the fitbit app by the bluetooth cell, and also to my jeedom app ( blea, which is a bluetooth plugin) at the same time. for now the watch is OR on the fitbit app OR on the jeedom app. ( jeedom is the program i use for the automation for the house.

Your Fitbit tracker I'd designed to only talk to the Fitbit app. I also have no idea what a Bluetooth cell may be. Google is of absolutely no help here.
BLE brings up several hits that has nothing to do with technology.
It is possible to write an app for the tracker that will communicate with an app on the phone.
It sounds like you may want to use your tracker to somehow control something in the house.
If you have a hardware or software issue with your sense, then yo are on the correct board. If you are trying to interface with an unknown app on a phone that runs an unknown OS then this is not the board to ask in.
