disappointed with this watch....

I purchased the Sense a couple of weeks ago thru FITBIT direct - I really don't think the watch is performing as advertised.  The weather disconnected every other day - my steps are not counted correctly and the sleep app is not correct either.  Don't know if it's the watch or really the APP in general. 

At this point - I'm not really impressed.

well the weather in the watch is only holding about 8 hours of info i believe it does show the next day or two what the weather might look like. If you are only syncing your fitbit device one a day this can be a bit frustrating but if you sync it twice a day it no issue. Sense calculates your steps by the height & age & sex you add to your profile but if it is still off you can manually check your gait with a yard stick go walk in some sand or dirt measure your walking gait and manually over ride the watch's calculator for walking.  I don't recall exactly where you manage the gait for walking and running but I'm sure a moderator could direct you to the correct way to do so. The sleep a little finicky i had to go to setting and adjust the sensitivity of recording my sleep to be very sensitive. you must have a full 3 hours of actual sleep to record this I will give ya an example of it not working for me i fell a sleep in my recliner last night slept like 4 hours there and then i got up and went to my bed slept like another three but in both cases the time it took for me to fall a sleep was less then a three hour total period so it didn't record my sleep this only second time it hasn't recorded my sleep. My suggestion explore every tab every icon in the app and on the watch go to every setting read about em and you find that most of the issue you come across do have some solutions fairly simple ones too
