my mates fitbit keeps show the oxy, heart, pressure an temp sysmbols on the screen.

mates feels fine, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to turn the alarms off

To change what you see on the watch face you can select different clock faces from the gallery

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Click Clocks Faces Tile

Click all clocks and enter some criteria in the search box for the type of face you want.
