is ECG only available in certain countries? its not in the app option

Hello @corrie20222 and welcome to the Community.  The ECG is a medically regulated feature.  This page has a list of countries.  If you are in a supported country and your Sense is brand new, don't be alarmed.  The ECG wasn't on the device when it was released.  It got added in a firmware update.
