Fitbit not kept charge very well since bought. I am having to charge every 1-2 days and now won’t charge at all! Have done a hard reset. Changed plug for charging cable and cleaned charger and back of watch. Nothing makes any difference.

Hi @Trackmylife - it looks like you have 2 problems let's deal with the not charging first.
This is quite common due to a faulty cable or dirty contacts see instructions in. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
