I have only had my sense for a few days and I have tried everything but it’s not receiving messages. Looked at phone, app and watch settings. Reinstalled and reset. I have an iPhone 11. So frustrating especially when it cost me $500 you would expect it to receive messages. Not a happy customer.

You should be able to do this by opening the app on your phone, then under your profile picture(upper left corner) click on SENSE and then opening notifications. There you will be able to choose what you wish to recieve.
