Just updated my iPhone to iOS 16. Don’t do it if you want your app to work. My phone will no longer find my Sense in Bluetooth. Anyone else have this problem? Not even going to try contacting their service department. I’ll probably get another 35% coupon for a new one. That’s usually their fix for all problems they can’t solve. My last phone contact with them there was a baby crying and a dog barking in the background.

I suspect fitbit needs to release an iOS 16 update to resolve this. I recall a similar issue a while back. I did not connect the dots to an iOS update, but I'll bet that was it.

I have updated to IOS 16 and have no issues with
Fitbit app or the watch functioning properly.
I also updated just now the Fitbit app to 3.67 and all is still functioning properly.

Hi @Jimshieldsphoto - did you try to logout of the app and restart both watch and phone?

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch wirelessly
Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
Choose the software update that you want to install.
Tap Install Now.

So all I did initially is update my iPhone to iOS version 16. The app and watch continued to work as before, therefore it is safe to assume it was not related to iOS 16. I then updated the Fitbit app and everything continued to work again as before.
I too suggest you log out of the app, turn off your phone, restart the phone and restart the Fitbit watch.
