my new SENSE will no longer recharge

Hi, @noonehere, welcome to the community, I suggest you carefully clean the back of your "Sense" with warm soapy water ensuring the 4 charging "pits" are clean (I use a cotton bud). Look closely at the charging cradle to ensure the little spring-loaded pins are free (I give them a gentle wiggle with my finger) make sure your "Sense is dry before attempting to charge it again. You may find the advice in this article useful Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  If you are still stuck talk to "Customer Support" here, I recommend using the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
