Hi, @noonehere, welcome to the community, I suggest you carefully clean the back of your "Sense" with warm soapy water ensuring the 4 charging "pits" are clean (I use a cotton bud). Look closely at the charging cradle to ensure the little spring-loaded pins are free (I give them a gentle wiggle with my finger) make sure your "Sense is dry before attempting to charge it again.
