I have set up a new Sense, it is synced with my computer the watch will shut down and re-open and the face will show the check mark but on the face of the watch it continues to show the Fitbit logo and says "to start down load the Fitbit app" I have removed the Fitbit from the account and reloaded it a few times and it says it is connected but I can't down load a clock face or any other app, does anyone know how to remove this so I can continue to use it. Thank you

Hi @SunsetRunner you can't set up on a computer, only Android or iOS smartphones. You have one of those?

it states that you can set it up on a Computer with Windows 10 just like I had with my last one, it has been set up & it is syncing properly the screen will show a check mark that it is set up properly
