My Sense keeps tracking stairs when I haven't gone up any stairs. How can I fix this?

Mine did that too. I wondered if the fact I was up and down a ladder the past few days if that could have been why. Today I didn't climb a ladder and I have no stairs recorded, so who knows. I know my Versa almost never recorded stairs I did climb, which isn't often. It seems based on my experience the stair tracker is not especially accurate.

My versa 2 would count stairs that I didn't climb alot. I called customer support and reported the issue several times. This issue wasn't fixed on the Versa 2.

So I called support and talked to them about the stairs thing. I did some trouble shotting it and my Sence is still counting stairs that I haven't climbed. What gives. Not good
