My wife and I's fit bit app won't allow us to change our sleep times? It seems since the clocks have gone forward (UK) Not only was the tracked date wrong in our sleep (times are off by two hours?) but it won't let us change what ever time we set to sleep and wake up in app?
Tried -
Entering times in all different locations within the app
Logging out of app
Resetting cache
Changing text size
No luck
Any ideas?

Hello @Kgbow Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting! You should be able to edit your Bedtime and Wake-up time target after following the steps below:
1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in black, which looks like 13 circles in the shape of a diamond, where the circles are larger from left to right, then tap the sleep tile Icon of a purple moon with a Z next to it.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
3. Set or edit your targets. To remove a target, tap the three dots in the top right.
4. Tap Done.
If you still experience any inconvenience, I recommend making sure that the Fitbit App is up to date. If that doesn't help, please log out from the App one more time, force quit restart the Fitbit App, restart your mobile device and then try to log into the App and perform the steps to edit your targets.
On a side note, take into consideration that your Fitbit device must update the time after syncing. If that is not the case, please take a look at:
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps!

Hello @KostaD
Please tell us more about the issues you're having with setting up your sleep schedule.
Regarding activity times, there is a known issue that affects our ability to edit the times for completed workouts. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
According to recent Moderator posts, there will be an app update rolling out soon, possibly this week. App updates tend to roll out in waves. Keep checking your app store for the Fitbit app update and install it when it's available.

Hi, I can’t adjust the sleep schedule on my Inspire 3. I change the bedtime, hit Set goal and the time randomly jumps 2-3 hours ahead or back. Am/Pm could also switch. Same goes for the Wake up time (e.g. just changed it to 5:20 and it jumped to 2:20).
I restarted the app, the phone. Seems like a bug.

Hello @NSP and welcome to the Community. If you just switched your clocks back to standard time, then please don't try to make changes today. Fitbit just doesn't handle this well at all. If I misread your post and this doesn't help you, please start a new thread in the Android or iOS app forum, depending on your phone type. This is an older thread and you will get more help with a new thread in the appropriate app forum.

I have no clue how to post or go to iOS app forum. I googled the same issue and t brought me here. My app shows I’m set to central time and just as NSP said my time is correct but it didn’t show my sleep for last night so I went to sleep goal and I try to fix it but it is off by 3 hours no matter what I set it to. Will it fix itself or is there anything I can do? Sorry I’m not tech savvy and just have no clue. I have had this versa 2 for at least 3 or 4 years and don’t recall this problem before. Thank you for any help or advice. ~Sheila

I also checked for app update and nothing. I also forced it to shutdown &restart. Not sure if there is any other solutions!

Well, this advice is helpful (if, alas, another confirmation of how buggy Fitbit's software is), but I read it too late. I've already tried resetting my sleep schedule, and had it fail in the ways others are describing. What should I do now? If I just wait till tomorrow, will all this time stuff automagically fix itself? Or will I need to do something to repair things? Thanks!

Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in black, which looks like 13 circles in the shape of a diamond, = dont have this in my app.
I have followed the instructions to set sleep duration = 8 hours. then I choose my bedtime = 10:00 pm. Then I choose my wake up = 6:00 am. After each choice I hit set goal. when I close it, it seems to set it's own time based on recent history, which has only been 4-5 hours lately. So right now, it shows my bedtime as 5pm and my wake up as 1:35. The based on history function seems to be over-riding the manual settings. Now the app is messed up and there is not point of even using it. Not very impressed. Why would anyone get fitbit premium, if the regular does not function properly?

Having the same problem. I bought my Fitbit two days ago. First day it worked fine. Then last night was daylight savings and it’s gone to pot. Another problem is the Fitbit did not track the stages of sleep last night. It worked on the first night.

None of these “solutions” worked.
For a billion-dollar company, Google sure sucks at building software that doesn’t suck.

I have a blaze and a sense 2. not tracking sleep happens more often on the sense 2 than the blaze, not sure why except for the software on the sense 2 does more and maybe it is too much to do so accurately. Trying to keep up with the smart watch features without the know how...

I’ve tried everything suggested here, but no matter what I cannot change my target sleep schedule. The bedtime won’t change the wake up time won’t change. We just switched to daylight savings time here in Maryland, what do I do? I’ve logged in. I’ve logged out I’ve forced closed. I’ve refreshed the app. I’ve done all of that and I can’t get it to adjust to the proper times Right now. It’s two hours off on bedtime and three hours off on wake up time

Last time we changed the clocks, my Fitbit was completely buggy, as can be seen by the messages above. Fitbit software just doesn't handle the time change correctly (plus has many other bugs). What worked for me was to wait a day and *then* adjust the bedtime and wake times. Good luck!
