I have noticed that when the cannabis gummy kicks in that the fitbit shows me as sleeping even though I am wide awake.
Anyone finding something similar or have an explanation for this?

Hi @MUSKOKAMAN pretty sure it's not due to your having consumed the cannabis gummy. With me, I have a habit of watching tv or checking things out on the computer without moving my hand that has the Fitbit strapped on it. When I do that, it often thinks I took a nap, when I'm wide awake. It's just due to the fact these wrist based devices sense you're not moving around much. Experiment and see what results you get. It's easy enough to edit the sleep portion.

Hello @MUSKOKAMAN
Do you do become a "couch potato" when your cannabis gummy takes affect? According to this help article (<-- click link), our Fitbit devices tracks us as sleeping when we're not moving for about an hour.
Like @Odyssey13 , my Fitbit has tracked me as sleeping when I'm reading, watching a movie, responding to forum posts, playing a game on my tablet...basically anytime I'm sitting still or lying down for a prolonged period. When this happens, I just delete this extra sleep log in the app.

I’ve found that cannabis can help with sleep issues, and it’s been a game-changer for me. They taste good, too! thc weed gummies, in particular, are super easy to use and can help you wind down before bed. They’ve made a big difference in how quickly I fall asleep and the quality of my rest. If you’re considering trying them, start with a small dose to see how it affects you. Everyone’s different, so it might take a bit of experimenting to find what works best.

I’ve had mixed results with sleep trackers too, especially on nights I use anything cannabis-related. I started experimenting with THCA distillate bulk because I wanted something with no strong high but still some calming effects. It doesn’t always show up clearly in my sleep data, but subjectively I’ve been waking up feeling more rested. I think it affects deep sleep differently than THC-heavy stuff.
