Snore and Sound detector

Be With Fitbit Sence for 3 Years and for about 2 weeks now my Snore and sound decector Stop I'm Premium done everything on Google if it says UVE a problem.Looked Everything up on Other internet sites about Fitbit and Still doesnt Show.Only Option I have now is to Cancel my Fitbit Premium

I appreciate your message and feedback regarding the snoring data missing in the app. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Our team is aware of this situation, and as moderators, we were informed that updating to the newest Fitbit App release should resolve this missing historic snore data issue.
