Erratic Sleep Score

I have the Google Pixel Watch with the FitBit app.  Back in August I was getting good sleep scores almost every night with a nice graph of my sleep stages:  awake, REM, light, deep.  In September I would get one sleep score a week and over the last 2 weeks I have not gotten a score at all.  All I see is a graph that shows time awake and time restless and time asleep.  HELP

Hello @PickleballRicky

Sorry to see that you're having issues with your Pixel watch tracking your sleep. I take it that you haven't changed the way you wear your watch and that it has sufficient battery life when you go to bed.

When my Pixel Watch 2 didn't track my sleep stages earlier this week, I restarted my watch. That seemed to be enough to get my watch back to tracking my sleep properly, giving me the sleep graph with stages & sleep score.

I suggest doing the same and restarting your watch. Hopefully, that will be enough to get your watch "unstuck" & back to tracking your sleep stages.

Tried that several times and updated everything as well. Still no luck but
thanks for the reply.

Hi @PickleballRicky

Well, that's disappointing.

Do you see the green light on the back of your Pixel watch? Does your watch track your heart rate during your wake hours? If not, then it sounds like there might be an issue with the heart rate sensor.

The green light is on and it tracks my heart rate just fine.
