Hi,
Since the last week of June I am happy with my sleep scores improved from 83 to 88 on average, tonight I had 94 ☺️. I just found that it is mainly my deep sleep, which has almost doubled! See screenshot.
Now I wonder if anything has changed in measuring by Fitbit or it has really improved so much? I did a specific change in my diet which could explain it. But wondering if other see a similar change since end of June.
I have a Charge 6.

On the thread below this, a poster mentioned that he got 94 last night and as it happens, I did too. Seems it was a good night for sleep. My sleep scores haven't changed a great deal but I do seem to hit the 90s more than before and my REM sleep has improved for no discernible reason

Hi @JeroenB. A major dietary change can change the time you spend in different stages. What you eat and when you eat it can definitely affect sleep. These Search results have many examples and links. Alcohol isn't mentioned in these results, but can negatively impact sleep. Sleep Foundation

To anyone interested in doubling their amount of deep sleep, I can share the specifics. It might work for you, too.

So, since nobody seems to have the same increase of deep sleep since end of June, I guess it is not a change in Fitbit measurement.
That leaves me with the almost unbelievable jump in deep sleep, explainable by my change in prebiotic, which is not mentioned in de standard list of known sleep improving diet changes mentioned in the previous reply.
