No sleep score for MONTHS

Hi guys!
I'm extremely frustrated because my Fitbit is no longer properly tracking my sleep and that's the only reason I use it.
The most frustrating thing is that I keep manual track of my sleep, so I wake up every morning prepared to enter my actual sleep into my Fitbit, and even though no sleep logs show up in my sleep data area OR in the upper right three dot area where you can edit or delete sleep longs/times, when I try to manually enter my sleep time it says "a sleep log already exists for this period".

WHY CAN'T I SEE OR ALTER THIS LOG IF IT EXISTS???


Previously when this happened I would go into the dashboard and change my sleep times there (also a PITA) but now that the dashboard no longer exists, there are inaccurate "fantom" sleep logs in my records preventing me from entering in the correct sleep times, but also not giving me access to my data (through the online dashboard or the app) to delete or alter it.

For example, last night I was wrecked and I fell asleep at 8:30 PM.
I woke up this morning at 6:30 and synched my Fitbit like I do every am.
My Fitbit recorded me sleeping from 1:30 AM to 6:30 AM, so when I tried to alter the start time from 1:30 AM this morning to 8:30 PM yesterday (changing the date, etc.,) it says "you cannot enter a log because a sleep log already exists for this period", and yet there is NO SLEEP LOG VISIBLE for me to alter or delete to incorporate the accurate sleep data!!!

And of course this method is a PITA HACK I've come up with for attempting to record my data, since my Fitbit hasn't done it accurately for 6+ months, and now even THAT option has been taken away from me because the dashboard is no longer accessible.

The Fitbit is still not recording accurate sleep data after doing all the things – – restarting my Fitbit, restarting the app, desynching the Bluetooth, restarting the phone, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, etc.

HOW CAN I DELETE THE INACCURATE "PHANTOM" DATA THAT DOESN'T SHOW IN THE APP (but was previously accessible through the online dashboard) THAT IS KEEPING ME FROM BEING ABLE TO RECORD MY ACCURATE SLEEP TIMES?!??

Is there a "delete all data" button somewhere different from the

settings

edit

delete

menu that is in the upper right corner?
