Readiness score

How come after 5 days of working out and one day of just work followed by one rest day or said my score my readiness score was 63 but I had a entire day of rest and I'm at to start my next five days of working out so will I never get a good readiness score of near perfect 63 best I can get? Can I adjust it to not be so sensitive just curious because I always work out 5 days a week so I'm thinking it'll never say I'm rested with only one day off

I guess my question is so it's always going to say I shouldn't work out after one day of running 30 min and working out.. I work out five days a week which isn't weird I know people who work out every single day. So it's a little frustrating the things going to tell me every single time I'm to tired to work out.. I was wondering if it's adjustable so I can make it less sensitive.. I only worked out one day and it's saying my readiness is 18. Which is frustrating. I am tired but today I must work out again so I maybe I'll just turn this feature off but.. I just think it shouldn't work this way I should be able to explain to it somewhere how long I work out.

Again can I change the readiness score and how it works?

@Xxsicknessxx how long have you been using your Fitbit and how long have you been getting Readiness Scores?

I found that, for the first month or so, the Fitbit app was still learning about my typical activity levels. It would generate Readiness Scores that were not always very meaningful. As I continued following my regular exercise schedule, the app figured out what was normal for me. Then the Readiness Score started to make more sense.
