Red flashing, one or two, HEARTS during night sleeping?

On a couple of occasions my wife has noticed one, maybe two, flashing hearts emitting from my Wrist strapped Fitbit Charge 3 during normal night time sleep.

I have tried to investigate, to no avail!  Like all Fitbit queries it is left to the community to find/give the answer/s.

I hope somebody out there can give some insight into what they mean?
