I'm looking to connect with individuals who consistently achieve a Fitbit sleep score over 90. Fitbit states that the average sleep score ranges from 72 to 83, which aligns with my own experiences. However, I'm aware that there are always outliers, and I'm interested in learning more about those who consistently achieve higher scores.
Personally, I notice that when my sleep score ranges from 86 to 89, I feel fantastic the next day. Despite following the well-known "10 tips for better sleep," I haven't been able to consistently reach scores over 90. I believe there may be external factors that play a role, and I'm eager to learn what works for others.
If you regularly achieve a sleep score over 90, I would love to hear about your experiences. What factors do you believe contribute to your high sleep scores? Any insights or tips you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Eventually, I hope to ask more specific questions, but I want to ensure this space feels secure and comfortable for everyone to share their experiences.
Thank you for your time and willingness to share your insights. Looking forward to learning from you!

Oh, I'm definitely following this question. I have NEVER had a higher score than 86 and I've been using Fitbit with a premium for 5+ years. If I get 80+, it's the best it can be but not exactly "rested", everything between 80 and 70 is manageable, but 70 and below - feels like I could have been better at not sleeping at all. Even if I follow all the rules for better sleep, the most I get is around 83. I have noticed though, that I tend to get less deep sleep, compared to the averages given in the app. My average is 1h 23m (15%). Maybe that's the culprit here.
