Sleep Benchmarks/Age Ranges

ANSWERED

Hi there,

I have recently gone into the next age range of 50-59 so am getting benchmarks for that range.

But I want to see how it compares with the benchmark of mid/late 40's.

Does anyone know what the %'s are for women please, can't seem to find that info anywhere!

Lie about your age to see the numbers, then switch back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there Jonnyrow,

thanks for that lol

I had thought of that too but as I've finally just got my tracker working almost properly again, I don't want to "meddle" in case it mucks it up again!!

I have tried that and the benchmark doesn't change.
