How do you compare your sleep scores ( eg amount of deep sleep v light v REM, restlessness etc) against the expected norm? I can’t find a way to see if my results are normal or not.

When you tap on Benchmark, you should see a shaded range in the graphs. The shaded range is the "typical range for people like you".
