I am an insomniac. I take nightly sleeping meds. However, even with my meds, there are nights when I am completely unable to fall asleep. Is there a way to log sleepless nights? This is important for correct reporting of sleep averages. For example I was completely unable to sleep Saturday night. Sunday shows "no data" for sleep, and is there for excluded from sleep averages. My "average" sleep for this week is nine hours and six minutes a night. My "average" sleep score for this week is 91. Of course that is not at all true. My average sleep for this week is four hours and thirty-three minutes. My average sleep score is 45.5. This makes accurate sleep tracking a real problem. It is easy enough to do the math when I want to know my REAL weekly average. It is much more difficult to calculate my REAL monthly average, and imagine trying to calculate my REAL yearly average.
