Accepted Solutions

Think I may have come up with a solution. (Still testing)

If I Manually press the sleep button I get no sleep data.

If I let my watch track my sleep based of the sleep schedule I get sleep data

Not ideal but it seams to work.

Has this been a solution for anyone else?

@Stef1987 there is a longer thread about this issue here. It appears to be a common issue with the Pixel Watch 2. I am not aware of a timeframe for a fix for this. Changing the Sleep Sensitivity setting and restarting your watch may help.

Having the same problem with my Luxe.  Supposedly CS escalated this and I am supposed to get a reply in a few hours.  So annoying.

I had the same issue before. But after I updated the Fitbit app to version 4.28.1 about couple days ago, it seems like the problem hasn’t come up again. I can’t say for sure yet since it’s only been two nights with this latest version.

Hello @Stef1987

You're correct that manually starting your sleep will result in only basic sleep data. To get detailed sleep data, you need to let the Fitbit device go into bedtime time mode based on your sleep schedule or syncing bedtime mode between your Pixel Watch and your phone.

Sadly, this doesn't fix my issue. I already use the auto detect mode but regularly get no sleep data. My problem started back in July. Google have even replaced my device but unfortunately I still have the same problem, no detailed sleep data, breathing rate, readiness score etc. I'm deeply disappointed that Google haven't fixed this issue yet.

My Pixel 3 watch just started doing this three days ago. It is frustrating.

This doesn't fix mine, either - I already use the auto detection as well. Nothing changed on my end and it just stopped on Monday.
